Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
If your order is deemed ‘lost’ by our shipping carrier, we will dispatch a replacement to you at our expense or offer you a full refund.
Order Modifications or Cancellation
You cannot modify or cancel your order on your end. After your order has been placed, you have 6 hours to contact us and request order modifications (such as a size/color/address change) or cancellation. After 6 hours, your order will have been put into production and can no longer be modified.
It is very important that you read the description of each item before you place your order. There is a sizing chart available on site so you can choose your correct size. It is also of equal importance that you provide us with your correct information before you finalize your order.
We do not accept any returns or exchange items that were ordered incorrectly (e.g. size/color, wrong address, or an incomplete address). Orders sent back to our print centers cannot be resent since they don’t have space to store unwanted or returned items.
We do not refund returned orders due to the “addressee unknown” status. It is the responsibility of the buyer to include the correct shipping information including but not limited to the addressee’s name.
We also do not refund orders that have been verified as delivered by the tracking carrier. Best to have your customers contact the local post office for those cases or file a claim with the delivery company:
US national orders: You have up to 30 days from when the order is shipped to file a claim with Fuel customer support.
International orders: You have up to 90 days from when the order is shipped to file a claim with Fuel customer support.
At this time, we do not accept returns for any reason because as mentioned earlier, we do not hold inventory or stock for all items made-to-order.. If you wish to make a correction on your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours from the time you submitted your order form. We normally send your order information immediately to production facility but if you contact us within the indicated timeframe, we will still be able to make your requested amendments.
On the other hand, if we sent you the wrong order, kindly let us know as soon as possible so that we can send you the correct item. In the instance of our error, you do not have to return the item. You can keep it!
Note: Returns are only accepted when the item has not been used or washed and in the same condition that you received it.

When your item qualifies is eligible for refund (see conditions in RETURN POLICY), we will refund for you within 5 business days.
Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or original method of payment that you used to order.
As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back in the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get the refund on its way back to you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
All products go through a quality control check before being sent to you – But just in case read below!
If the product encounters one of the problems below when you open the package, let us know by taking a picture and email us directly with your order number.
- The printed image is not clear.
- The printed image is not in the center of the shirt.
- Package received wrongly against the order.
- Damaged due to delivery: torn, dirty…
- The order is not in the right size, color or style compared to the order.

Once the issue is verified to be correct, we will send you a replacement product.NOTE: Please refer to the size guide here: Sizing Charts We will not take any responsibility about the size if we made it as your request. In case of shipping the wrong size in comparison with the order we will follow the above policy.At Christmas & New Year Season please make sure choose right shipping option.We do not refund if you choose standard shipping for Christmas or holiday.
