The Penn State Nittany Lions Alumni Navy is the officially licensed alumni organization of the Penn State University Nittany Lions. Founded in 1925, the organization was created to serve as a bridge between the alumni and the university. The Alumni Navy provides its members with the opportunity to stay connected to their alma mater, by attending alumni-exclusive events, sharing their experiences with current students, and taking part in alumni-focused activities.
Since its inception, the Penn State Nittany Lions Alumni Navy has been actively involved in various alumni initiatives, such as the Alumni Leadership Council, which was established in 2002 to provide alumni with the opportunity to participate in the decision making process at Penn State. Through the Council, the Alumni Navy is able to advocate on behalf of alumni interests, and to ensure that the alumni voice is heard. The Alumni Leadership Council is also responsible for organizing and managing alumni-only events like football tailgates, networking events, and social gatherings.
The Alumni Navy is also involved in a variety of philanthropic activities, such as the Alumni Scholarship Fund, which provides financial support to current students in need. The Alumni Navy also hosts several annual events, such as the Alumni Homecoming Tailgate and the Alumni Scholarship Golf Outing, which raise funds for the Alumni Scholarship Fund. Additionally, the Penn State Nittany Lions Alumni Navy works closely with the Penn State Alumni Relations Office to provide alumni with the resources and assistance they need to stay involved with their alma mater.
The Penn State Nittany Lions Alumni Navy is committed to preserving the history and traditions of Penn State and providing a platform for alumni to stay connected to their alma mater. 1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem.
2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way.
3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem. All measurements in the table refer to garment sizes.

Below is few reasons you can’t return your item and cancel your order:
You have chosen a wrong size , wrong color and wrong type of product .
Your order was placed 24 hour ago.
The quality in product is considered good.
You have changed your mind and wish to return your product.
The orders can’t be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we will pass the order information to the production department within 24 hours after receiving the order
Canceling or request to cancel while item(s) in transit.
We also will not refund orders without the recipient / recipients not respond to the post office

RETURN AND REFUND
We accept to customer return and refund in following reasons:
– Faulty Item Received: If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it toour email along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.
– Not delivered on time We totally understand that it’s highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don’t like waiting. All of our product are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards. Please allow 6-8 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. Because we have several different warehouses, there are some products that are shipped differently at the same time. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues.
Every post office can’t accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused. We’d really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We’ll always be there to assist you let you know about it’s status. You’ll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status. It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you Feel free to contact us by [email protected] if you face any issues due to the delivery time. We’ll be more than happy to assist you.
– Wrong size received If you’ve received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We’ve seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order without reading description carefully . In cases like those, we only offer discount code 50% to next purchase because we notify very carefully in tittle and description. If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we’ll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment. Just let us know with a picture of it and we’ll be there to get it done for you.
– Timing for a return All returns / exchanges of online orders, must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.

MAKING A RETURN TO ANY OF OUR US BEST STORES
All items purchased must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered in and in original packaging. They can not have been assembled and disassembled. A refund or replacement will not be issued if your item is misused, mistakenly installed or mishandled. Please follow the manufacturers instructions at all times. Postage costs may apply in certain circumstances of incorrect choice or mistake purchases to assist in a positive resolution.
