Below is few reasons you can’t return your item and cancel your order:
- You have chosen a wrong size , wrong color and wrong type of product .
- Your order was placed 24 hour ago.
- The quality in product is considered good.
- You have changed your mind and wish to return your product.
- The orders can’t be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we will pass the order information to the production department within 24 hours after receiving the order

RETURN AND REFUND
We accept to customer return and refund in following reasons:
– Faulty Item Received: If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it toour email along with your order number. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.

All of our product are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards. Please allow 6-8 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. Because we have several different warehouses, there are some products that are shipped differently at the same time. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues.
Every post office can’t accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused. We’d really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. You guys are awesome, originally you did not offer a 3X size in the tank top I wanted. I ordered a 2X and it just shrank too much after its first wash. I left a comment online to see if I could order one in a 3 X and you answered back and told me you would add that to your choice of sizes. You emailed me back in about 48 hours and told me it was now available in the 3X size. I saw it offered online after my request and I ordered it. I received it yesterday, I immediately threw it in the washed and dried it. Perfect fit, plenty of room and I can even tuck it in now if I need too.
