CAN NOT RETURN AND REFUND
Below is few reasons you can’t return your item and cancel your order:
- You have chosen a wrong size , wrong color and wrong type of product .
- Your order was placed 24 hour ago.
- The quality in product is considered good.
- You have changed your mind and wish to return your product.
- The orders can’t be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we will pass the order information to the production department within 24 hours after receiving the order
- Canceling or request to cancel while item(s) in transit.
- We also will not refund orders without the recipient / recipients not respond to the post office

RETURN AND REFUND
We accept to customer return and refund in following reasons:
– Faulty Item Received: If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it toour email along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.
– Not delivered on time We totally understand that it’s highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don’t like waiting. All of our product are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards. Please allow 6-8 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. Because we have several different warehouses, there are some products that are shipped differently at the same time. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues.
Every post office can’t accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused. We’d really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We’ll always be there to assist you let you know about it’s status. You’ll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status. It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. – Wrong size received If you’ve received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We’ve seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order without reading description carefully . In cases like those, we only offer discount code 50% to next purchase because we notify very carefully in tittle and description. If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we’ll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment. Just let us know with a picture of it and we’ll be there to get it done for you.
– Timing for a return All returns / exchanges of online orders, must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.

When my shirt first arrived it hadn’t been printed very well and I wasn’t very happy with it, but I contacted the company and they were more than happy to send me another which turned out fantastic, very happy
You guys are awesome, originally you did not offer a 3X size in the tank top I wanted. I ordered a 2X and it just shrank too much after its first wash. I left a comment online to see if I could order one in a 3 X and you answered back and told me you would add that to your choice of sizes. You emailed me back in about 48 hours and told me it was now available in the 3X size. I saw it offered online after my request and I ordered it. I received it yesterday, I immediately threw it in the washed and dried it. Perfect fit, plenty of room and I can even tuck it in now if I need too.
